4. Digital Products & Courses

  • Digital products (courses, PDFs, audio files) are delivered electronically and available immediately after purchase.
  • You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased content for your family.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content with third parties.
  • We reserve the right to update course content at any time to improve quality.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Digital Content (Courses, PDFs, Audio)

Due to the immediate digital nature of our products:

  • By purchasing and accessing digital content, you provide your express consent for delivery to begin immediately.
  • You acknowledge and agree that all sales of digital products are final, and no refunds are available once the content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed.
  • If digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us for a replacement or resolution.

Physical Products (Merchandise)

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel and return unused physical items in their original condition for a full refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
